The below listed describes the legal agreement governing the terms and conditions of Unison Motors (“Our”) website and you (“Viewer/Authorized Unison Dealer”) in the direct use and purchase to orders, inquiries, and information within our website.

Unison Motors is the distributor of product goods including motor vehicles and spare parts. Whereas our business is entered into a binding supply and purchase agreement with only authorized Unison Dealers. Due to our federal and state business license, we are not affiliated with the direct sale to public consumers or end-users. Unison Motors will locate a local authorized Unison dealer to support your every powersports need.

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products and/or services sold nationwide including United States, Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia. By using and/or visiting our website, you acknowledge to both terms and conditions incorporated herein from Unison Motors. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are hereby notified to exit use of our website. At any time, changes or amendments may be constructed to our website including terms and conditions, products, and pricing without prior notice. Unison Motors uphold no obligations of publishing advance notice of such changes. It is deemed your responsibility to inquire or communicate with an official Unison Motors representative should you have any questions or concerns.

1. Use and Access: Unison Motors hereby grants you (“Viewer/Authorized Unison Dealer”) permission to view, display, and use our website for business-related transaction in its entirety to: (i) purchase products including motor vehicle units and spare parts, (ii) product and/or part order inquiry, (iii) dealer database reference. You may download a copy of the material from our website provided that use of information, material, and attachments is intended solely for the personal and confidential use of Dealer. No distribution or copying of message to non-authorized individuals or parties is allowed. Materials include but are not limited to: dealer parts list, price book, diagrams, and photos.

Unison Motors will provide you as an authorized Unison dealer a log-in name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access. Unison Motors is not responsible for the security and unauthorized use or purchases made in your account. You must notify Unison Motors immediately if you suspect fraudulent orders not processed on your behalf; and request a new identification number.

Unison Motors as the distributor of product goods and services reserve the right to enlist your dealer information on our website database. As a current and authorized dealer in your identifying State, Unison Motors agree that your dealer’s area of primary responsibility for the sale and service of all motorize products and vehicles shall be within exclusive territory. The sole purpose of publication will be made available to end-users or individuals to maintain a point of contact or communication with you for any business transaction. Unison Motors expressly disclaims any and all liability from pre-screening the individual’s preference or selection of dealer contact within the United States. Unison Motors is not responsible to perform advance screening of contacts, and assume no liability of direct or indirect user submissions and their defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. The risk of harm or damage from the foregoing individuals or parties rest entirely with you.

2. Prices: All sales of products by Unison Motors to Dealer will be made in accordance with the prices, charges, and discounts (if any) and other terms and conditions of sales issued by Unison Motors and communicated by Unison Motors to Dealer. Unison Motors reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change prices, discounts (if any), allowances, rebates, refunds or other terms and conditions of sale applicable to any products upon issuing to Dealer new price lists, bulletins, or other notices.
3. Payment Terms: Terms of payments are within Unison Motors’ sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Unison Motors all payment must be received in full prior to release of any product goods. Payment for the products will be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Wire Transfer, C.O.D., Money Order or Certified Check. No Personal or Company checks accepted (unless otherwise approved with written notice from an official Unison Motors representative).

We are not responsible for pricing error in either typographical, system errors, or any other
combination. Unison Motors reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such error. An
official Unison Motors representative will contact you upon any adjustments to your existing order.
Unison Motors standard pricing policy conforms with adjustments made to the taxes as identified
per State; for which you (“Viewer/Authorized Unison Dealer”) will be deemed responsible for any
and all recurring taxes by the fiscal year end as reported with your business and State.

Your order is subject to verification and product availability. Should you have insufficient funds in your account, your order will consequently be cancelled. Any orders placed after 3:00pm PST will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping: Shipping dates are estimates only, unless otherwise stated in expedited transit times. Unison Motors is no responsible for the delay of your package in transit from the date it leaves our warehouse. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is not our responsibility.

You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. Charges are calculated before taxes. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. All orders are subject to verification.

Express Delivery: Available for in-stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are subject to verification.

5. Warranty Registration: Dealer agrees to obtain and complete all documents and information needed for Registration of all motorize vehicles upon sale. It is the sole responsibility of Dealer to forward all documents and information to Unison Motors securely either via website or email. Failure in accordance thereof, not to exceed 72 hours upon sale, results in Unison Motors right to void Warranty coverage of motorize vehicle and products.
6. Return Policy and Exchanges: Unison Motors is not responsible for your incorrect order due to misinterpretation, miscommunication or misunderstanding of item. You are deemed responsible of final confirmation for your current order. You must notify Unison Motors within 21 days of the date of your Invoice if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged. You must return the product to us in its original packaging. We do not accept product returns or exchanges if item has been modified or not resalable. You are responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred in each transaction.

All refunds will be reimbursed for in-store credit only, no exceptions.

Should Unison Motors ship out the wrong part or a manufacture defective item, you must notify an official representative immediately. We will gladly replace or credit the item and expedite standard ground shipment at our expense. If a product is damaged from shipping, we will contact the carrier and follow standard protocols in assessing the situation; all claims will be handled in a case-by-case basis. All orders are subject to verification.

7. Discount or Promotional Items: Sale of product goods in either discounted or promotional pricing is final sale. As-is product goods do not qualify for any warranty work.
8. Warranties: Warranty starts from the date of purchase by the consumer for all Unison products.  Factory covered warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase by the consumer on all power train components (engine and transmission components). During the warranty coverage period, Unison will cover warranted parts and labor only. Labor hour and rates will be determined by Unison Factory Standard Labor Rate Manual. The dealer is required to get approval for any warranty work and ordered parts from factory. Upon completion of warranty work, dealer must submit a warranty claim form and a copy of customer invoice with detailed description of work for full reimbursement. The warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear items or problems occurring due to lack of scheduled maintenance or consumer abuse or misuse. Any modifications or alternation to the vehicle containing parts that are not factory approved will void the warranty.  Defective parts are subject to recall by factory upon failure. All warranty submissions are subject to verification and approval. Unison Motors reserve the right to invalidate your claim if warranty period has expired, can provide an alternate solution to resolve problem, or reject any false claims.
9. Service and Support: Service offerings may very from product to product. Unison Motors may provide such service and support to you, and delivery depends on a case-by-case basis. In certain circumstances, Unison Motors may advise a third-party service provider for your assistance. Unison Motors has no obligation to provide service or support until we have received full payment for the product you’ve purchased.
10. Buy Back Program:  Unison Motors will buy back all Unison vehicles not sold at the Dealers within the 65 day “Buy Back” period at the original purchased price. Refund of the original purchase, will be given back with the option to keep which ever models desired. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Unison Motors will ship unit(s) back from Dealer at our expense. Payment of Buy Back units could be made by check or credit for future purchases. Payment of Buy Back will be determined upon Vehicles received by Unison and subject to inspection by Union technician. Unison vehicles must be returned to Unison Motors within 65 days from the date shown on the original Unison Bill Of Sale to qualify for the Program.  Unison vehicles must be in the same new condition as first purchased from manufacturer, and returned in its original packaging with all original contents. Unison vehicles must not have been sold by dealer. If in the event Unison Motors receives registry of their vehicles, then eligibility is void. All terms are subject to approval of verification.

11. Limit of Liability: In no event shall Unison Motors, officers, or representatives be liable any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including without limitation of lost profits or damages) resulting from lost data, server interruption, third-party shipping.
12. Resale or Export: You (“Viewer/Authorized Unison Dealer”) agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and taxes as stated in your Resale License and identifying State. You agree and represent that you are a current authorized Unison Dealer of motorized products or spare parts. Such resale or export of product goods shall be governed by your responsibility to all applicable warning and compliance labels to be adequately placed and translated in each motorized product. Unison Motors is not liable for any direct or indirect injuries including death in you, your linked consumers, or both.
13. Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Requirements: As an authorized Unison dealer, you agree to comply with and operate consistently with all applicable provisions of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1996 and the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended. This includes applicable rules and regulations issued from time hereunder, and all other applicable federal, state, and local product safety, regulatory, and emission control requirements.
14. Copyright: All material, content, and pricing in our website including logo, text, software, graphics, images are owned by or licensed to Unison Motors. The terms and conditions stated herein serves as a contractual agreement between Unison Motors and you (“Viewer/Authorized Unison Dealer”), for which you may not engage in the unauthorized use, copying, and/or distribution of any content without our expressly permitted written notice. You are hereby notified that you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices; otherwise you may not reproduce, display, publicly perform, or distribute any of our content in any way for public or commercial use.
15. Trademark: Our logo and/or slogan, product name, and graphics are the registered trademarks of Unison Motors and/or its parent corporation. Expressed use any of the above stated is strictly prohibited, whether in intentional implication or duplication. In the event Unison Motors discovers your (“Viewer / Authorized Unison Dealer”) unauthorized use, you will be asked to: (i) remove any materials from statute of use, or (ii) terminated as a dealer, or (iii) charged with infraction of prohibited property rights under United States Copyright Act, or (iv) all of the above whichever is deemed appropriate by Unison Motors action for protection.

We offer first class ATVs and services with real professionals in the field and in our customer care center to assist and improve profits for our dealerships so they can offer consumers choices in the ways to shop, buy and own an ATV.
